About Us
Warren County Health Services is a Public Health Agency providing assistance to the citizens of Warren and partnering counties. Warren County Health Services provides and connects people with personal health services, including skilled nursing assistance in the homes of the ill or disabled, clinic programs including adult and pediatric vaccinations, blood pressure screenings, foot care clinics for the elderly and diabetic, blood sugar screenings, and cholesterol screenings.
Additionally, we offer a medical equipment loan closet with a variety of items available to Warren County residents. Warren County Health Services also participates in the WIC and Maternal Child Health programs that include the I-Smile Dental program and 1st Five child resource referral program. We track and investigate health problems and hazards in the community that include communicable (infectious) disease, chronic disease as well as “vector born” illnesses, food, water, chemical, and public health risks caused by environmental hazards. In collaboration with our emergency management and public safety partners we prepare for and respond to public health disasters.
Warren County provides many educational opportunities that focuses on prevention and protection of the community, and we accept referrals from all sources including physicians, hospitals, families or self-referrals. We will accept referrals for any person who needs our services regardless of income. Please call with any questions regarding our health services.
