Warren County Website Privacy Statement
Warren County is dedicated to the online safety and privacy of our visitors. The county asks its Parents to aid or assist children in accessing Warren County online services. Private and confidential information may be shared to request certain services. Criteria for Linking From Warren County’s Website

Warren County, IA has adopted a policy on links from the county’s website. The county limits links to those sites that promote the economic welfare, tourism, and industry of the county, as well as links to government and educational institutions.

Warren County will not permit any link from its website except upon the following conditions, and only after written application to the County is approved by the Board of Supervisor’s Office. Based upon the information in the application showing that the applicant meets at least one of the following criteria:

  • The State of Iowa or the federal government or an agency thereof
  • A publicly-funded educational institution in the State of Iowa
  • A non-profit (501C3) corporation organized under the laws of the State of Iowa which promotes the economic welfare, tourism, and industry within Warren County
  • A commission or agency funded in whole or in part by Warren County – A party that has an established partnership with Warren County and which promotes the economic welfare, tourism, and industry within Warren County

Placement of the link is at the sole discretion of the Warren County Board of Supervisors.
